Need help with assignment from an RN who was an LPN

Hi, I'm an LPN just starting my RN program, new to this area and not working yet. I have a short assignment for any nurses who went from an LPN to RN. It's due on June 23, so hope to have an answer by then.

Choose and RN who worked previously as an LPN and discuss with him or her, responsibilities that are the most difficult to learn in the new RN role. Ask the RN which people were the best support system and the least support system during the transition process. This summary should be 1-2 paragraphs in length. Include quotes from the RN. This assignment should be completed in Word format and is due by e-mail attachment on Tuesday June 23. This assignment is worth 10 points.

Hi Anne,

Thanks so much for responding. I don't know if the transition is going to be as hard as they're saying in our LPN to RN textbook. I've been an LPN for two years, temporary jobs six months here and there between taking the prereq classes, so the difference is probably not so ingrained in me. Anyway, may we could talk this weekend. Let me know if that would work, and what day and time would be good.
