Need copies of cheat sheets/tips

i am doing my precepting in a nursing home as a LPN student. I have heard that I could have up to 20 pts. How do I keep every thing and every body straight. Does anyone have cheat sheets or sheets that they could send me a copy of what I need to know or document on caring for older pts? Tips/ ideas greatly appreciatred.

Anyone who has even had experience in wking in a nrs home that could share with me on what to expect and what my duties would be helpful to. I am very nervous and I am also a older student. :eek::eek:
