Hi guys,
I really want to get into an accelerated BSN program but I feel as though my GPA is too low. I live in California, attend UCI (does that even matter?), and am going to graduate this year with roughly a 3.10 gpa in Biology. I have 200 hours of volunteer experience under a charge nurse and am going to get CNA certification this summer. I am going to finish roughly a couple more prerequisites at the local community college after CNA certification during the upcoming fall/winter quarters.
I worked really, really hard for my degree and I feel like its not going to help my chances for getting into accelerated BSN programs... Does anyone have any advice for me to improve my chances? Should I look into out of state programs? Or is a ADN-BSN route the only realistic route to take?
I appreciate any advice and thank you in advance

Most ABSN programs are highly competitive accepting candidates with 3.7 and higher GPA
