Need some advice

I have a situation on my hands that is making feel very depressed. I just recently graduated the Vocational Nursing program in texas. Did all the steps for the nclex exam. and today i got a letter fron the board of nursing in texas stating that a possitive background check came back. it mentions an article 15 violation at Ft. Belvoir. I was in the military 4 yrs ago, i was picked up for recruiting duty, which i fought to get out of but was not successful. I started doing my recruiting duty and it got to the point where i couldnt take it anymore. I said to my self that i would do anything to get out of it. Well, i was speaking to friend who was in KY also doing recruiting and explained how stressed and depressed i became and asked him how i can get out. He replied that if i wanted out i would have to admit to homosexuality or come out possitive in a drug test, so i chose the drug test. I came out positive for marijuana and my seperation from the military was done. I was so happy i could breath again. My use of the substance was just to get out and never used again. Now i got the letter stating i need to send court docs and statement on incident. This is my dream to become a nurse. Is there anyone who can help me!!!!
