I am a 28 year old male from Pennsylvania. I am currently in a 1 year accelerated LPN program at a local vocational school. I have just started level 2 of 4 (which is Med-Surg) As far as grades are concerned, I am at the top of my class. I have already graduated from a 4-year college with two degrees in French and in Spanish. I was unable to find work and have always been interested in the medical field, so this is why I chose to go to nursing school. At this point, I have been really considering either going to Pharmacy school or Veterinarian School. I wanted to ask whoever feels like sharing an opinion what they think I should do. If I know in my heart that I want to do something such as pharmacy school or veterinarian school, should I just stop nursing school after this level and work a minimum wage job part-time while putting myself through school or should I continue on? I really feel like since Pharm School and Vet school are a 6 year commitment that maybe I should just apply for college to go back again starting in January, that way I won't be taking up more time out of my life. I figure this way if things don't work out with that venture, I can always go back to nursing school in the next class and pick up where I left off (which would be level 3 of 4 - Pediatrics/Maternity). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Give me your opinions positive or negative...I just don't have a lot of people that I can really go to for suggestions. Thanks everyone! :)

finish and get you license, your halfway there. Then you can go on but you will always have this license if you need it.
