Need Advice Please

I was originally accepted for the May09 LPN class but received a call on Tuesday asking if I would like to start Monday. I would love to start on Monday but I will not be able to give a two week notice on my job. What do you guys think? Should I just go for it and start on Monday or wait until May?

I work in the insurance industry and I can afford to quit my job now. It's just hard leaving my job since I've been there over 6 years. I'm just so ready to be a nurse.
