Need advice on the Nclex

Hey I just tookthe Nclex last Thursday and didnt passed. I feel terrible and also a little unmotivated. I dont what review to use to study from or what book to use. For the first one Iused Hurst and I didnt find that very helpful. Have anybody used the NCSBN Review? Is it like the HUrst review and go over content? Any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm currently using NCSBN now for 3 weeks, and I find it very good. The content are just brief though but it covers much. Plus the questions are not easy like Saunders, much harder than that. I'm not sure w/ Hurst & Kaplan though. Anyway, don't just give up. Have a break and get back again to studying. Just use one content review book and answer lots of questions. Practice makes perfect. :) Good luck and God bless you!

Try Kaplan next time since you already know you content and Prioritization, delegation, assignments by Lacharity. Good luck!!

Thanks so much Im trying to narrow my review down.

Hi I am sorry you failed but dont give up. I just took mine also last Saturday, it was hard but Saunders and the 4000 nclex helped. It seem to me a lot of med questions, priority, safety and infection control. All my colleagues got mostly the same topic but extremely different questions. Dont give up keep doing lots of questions, I also heard Kaplan was very good. Good luck!
