Need Advice For Learning The Metric System

I am trying to get a jump on learning the metric system since it is used heavily in medicine nowdays. Anybody have any advice on learning methods, materials, or websites?

    If you search dosage calculations you should find several threads related to this, and there is also a very helpful list of conversions that you can copy paste into a word doc to keep handy. I have it saved on my computer, even though you will see these in all the books, I want a handy word doc and something to print out and keep in my binders for quick reference.
