So I have a second interview coming up, this time it's to interview with the director of the organization. My first interview was a panel style with 3 to 4 interviewers and I felt intimidated even though it was supposed to be "relaxed" or "casual." I was asked behavioral questions as well as clinical management of adult patients. I'm very anxious about the interview being that it will be my first provider position. I recently graduated from NP school. I posted this thread in 'Advanced Practice' it's probably more appropriate in this section. Need some advice....

Sounds very positive. What type of practice or hospital? Best wishes
Thank you! It is a primary care clinic. This interview was way more relaxed.
Oh good. My first APRN position I met with the practice manager first, then a couple of the docs, then a third interview with some other APRNs.
More interviews shows they are interested.
