Hello:
I am considering purchasing the 8 week subscription to the NCSBN Review but I was hoping to get some feedback from those that are currently using it or have used it recently? I did a search and most of what I found was from a few years back. I also noticed many posts complaining of technical issues, do they still exist?
My NCLEX testing background unfortunately includes two failures =(. I used Kaplan and not only has my sub finished but I just did not like the Kaplan program. My plan is to use NCSBN and Saunders but only if NCSBN is worth it otherwise I am not sure what I should do.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Everyone has their different views, some people will say the program made them pass others will say it is a waste of time. Many of my friends that had used kaplan the first time and failed purchased the ncsbn and passed their second time around. I hope to do the same thing. I am currently using it now. The program it self is a bit slow and people are right the websites they offer for references tend to not work through the website. (but you can always just open up epocrates or the medical dictionary in a new browser) I mainly use it for the questions (as I already did many of the questions on kaplan the first time around and feel like i am just getting them right because I did them once before) The study part of the material is just outlines upon outlines which I only use if I am confused on a topic.
The questions on here seem to be a bit easier as well but they get right to the point. Also some of the rationals are weak and don't explain why each answer is incorrect like Kaplan does for you.
I guess I wont really be able to say if it helped me out in the end until i take the test over. I just wanted to let you know, I know many people that swear by the questions on NCSBN.
Many people also suggest to look at the fact throwing thread on here and the infection control fact thread.
Good Luck to you and don't give up. We can do this!!!
