Has anyone used this to prepare for NCLEX? If so how helpful was it? Are the NCLEX questions similar ?

Very helpful; the questions are similar to the NCLEX, from the makers of the NCLEX. :)
The questions have the rationales and the sources to the rationales-a very complete review.
HOw did you score on the post-tests? I'm doing awful
My post tests were in the mid sixties when I first started; I reviewed the rationales; if I was stuck
In understanding the rationale, I used the source they cited, studied it briefly, then moved on.
I've known people that used this as their sole source of study and passed the NCLEX the first time.
Understanding how to utilize the learning extension effectively will help in preparing for the NCLEX.
It will get better. :)
