NCP program 2015

Hi, All

I graduate Dec 2015. I am pro board recommended yes for the NCP. I was told this in mid November. I took my last final today and will be going on to 3rd level clinical. I asked my recruiter about where I am. He emailed me "As of today still waiting on the final select documents for your enlistment and likely will get it next month. I will let you know as soon I hear". My question is if your proboard, how long does it take till you get in finally or do some just never get it even though they are proboard? Also once you get in how long till you do the whole process of getting commissioned? Thanks in advance!
