What is PGh? I do think it is harder to study for NCLEX while working, but many people have done it and passed. It would be easier for me to answer that question if I knew what the job position was...for example, does it involve late hours or mandatory overtime?

thanks for the reply... PGH, one of the government hospitals in manila... its just an 8 hour shift but the nurse patient ratio is 1:50 almost in any ward.. i really think that its hard to manage it.. do you suggest that i would not be taking NCLEX first?
