NCLEX RN test prep classes?

Published

Anybody know about an online college or university that offers test prep classes for the NCLEX RN? I'm going to take my test in February, studying everyday, but I feel that is not good enough. I'm going to college part time and my hubby is working full time (he is going to take the test too), so we don't really have time sitting around a studying all day. Would like to find something that is more a review and a good test prep with a real instructor and quizzes, etc.

I would highly recommend Kaplan! I am not one that likes to sit and study..the class is 4 days total..i took my exam two days after the class and passed...Kaplan recommends you wait two weeks before you take your exam but I felt like I was ready...they gave me the tools to take the exam...I was in the test for an hour and 15 and it shut me off at 75..and the Pearson trick worked :) hope that helped :) good luck!!!

I did the Hurst review online and just found out I passed today. Marlene is wonderful!! Online is just like in person except you can watch the videos over and over. Its a great review of content and she makes it so simple!! She really makes that light bulb go off in such a simple way. She is so funny too and teaches in a way that you will remember. Everything that she re-enforced showed up on my test one way or another.

I am also reviewing right now I'm interested with hurts can you give me the site ? Thanks

Hurst review was the best. She explains how to look at the questions/scenarios. Plus, you can play the videos over, until you feel strong about the material (you should know it without hesitation!) and when you are ready, you can test with confidence. I took 2.5 weeks for her review, took about 2 hours for the exam and passed first try with 75 questions. You can too!

it was worth every single penny!
