NCLEX RN application

Hello,

I’m in a trouble, I had send application for RN retake exam in Illinois nursing board. How I can able to know my application is accepted or not. Up to this time no confirmation either through mail or email. And I paid for Pearson for the exam $200; I think ATT will get once they have confirmation from NRB.
How can I know about the application process? To whom can I contact. I had contacted contentinal testing, financial board...no result....really I’m passing through this hard time..

Can anyone please help me about these...thank you
