This is my first time on here, so I'm not quite sure how it works but I need some help..
When I applied for my RN license through the NJ state website, I submitted the full name on my birth certificate (First Middle Middle Last). Even though I always put both middle initials,
there's only ever one on my driver's license. Will the board consider that as my
name not matching my ID on test day? If so, what should I do? I haven't registered on Pearson VUE yet. Do I just register in Pearson VUE with one middle initial like on my driver's license? Do I have to get my driver's license changed? Some clarification would be greatly appreciated!

So this is going to be the issue, your name must match across everything. So if the NJ BON has your full name as stated on your birth certificate but you register for NCLEX with your name as it appears on your license then you run the risk of results not crossing over or not getting your ATT in a timely manner thus taking longer to complete. Why does your license not have your full name? I would call the BON and ask them what would be the most appropriate thing to do, and when you do record the name of the person you spoke to because the Board in notorious for changing up answers to people.
I don't know why they don't put it on my drivers license. It's not like I'm the first person ever to have two middle names. So they can't possibly think I'm messing up my own name. But then again, I don't put it past them..
I will call just to make sure. May just have to get my license changed. I wonder if they'll change it without a fee since they messed it up.
So I should register on Pearson vue the same way too then? (Full name)
The thing is when you go take your test and they ask for ID what is on the ID must perfectly match how you registered for the exam.

Your ID only has to match your first and last name as stated here.

I agree with Okami your ID needs to match your application/ registration to a T... Maybe go to the DMV and just tell them that u need your named changed/fixed and they will resend I one b4 your test day ? Just a thought.
