nclex question

I'm about to graduate from a BSN program in Texas, but I want to move back to Cali to find a job there. My question is, can I take the NCLEX in Texas and still be able to practice in CA? If not, how will I go about doing so?

Yes, it's called reciprocity. Just additional fee applies to get your CA license. I think it's harder to get a job in CA since it's highly competitive my cousins said. They all came back to Chicago to look for RN job.
