nclex ques help

so I took the nclex 2x. There are some topics that I remember being on the nclex both times that I know I have to study a lot of. I know there were a lot of delegation, priority and judgement questions, but the ones I'm speaking of were the infectious disease questions. I dont' have exact questions and if I did I know I can't post them anyway, but there are some stuff I should know from school, that I cant' find in my med-surg text or my fundamentals text that I can't remember!! I've looked these things up on the web and I've gotten no response as to what I'm exactly looking for.

First, Hepatitis pts. - private room? I dont' remember. I only think* that they can't be in a room where pts may have an open wound? am I thinking too much?

next- TB pts- airborne/droplet precautions, private room, neg pressure, and all visitors and HCW's must wear masks. When you transport a TB pt. for any kind of test, they should wear a mask. I think I'm good with TB points.

One more- Meningococcal Meningitis- private room or not? contact precautions, limit visitors and both visitors and HCW's must wear masks. When u transport this pt for a test- they wear a mask- but should they even be transported for tests?

these are just some ID things I forgot and I can't find. I know the nclex loves to ask these ID ques.

Thanks to anyone who can help out! I appreciate it.
