I AM ABOUT TO TAKE THE NCLEX-PN ON MARCH 20TH AND I'VE BEEN DOING THE EXAM MODE ON CD GETTING AROUND 68-74 PERCENT. I FEEL FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I WANT AT LEAST 80 PERCENT. SHOULD I RESCHEDULE MY TEST? AND CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME SOME TIPS TO STUDY. RIGHT NOW IM DOING 200 QUESTIONS A DAY AND READ A COUPLE CHAPTERS FROM MY REVIEW BOOKS. SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE THERE'S A LOT MORE THAT I DON'T KNOW. I REALLY WANNA PASS THE EXAM ON FIRST TAKE. PLS HELP! :banghead:

I would just concentrate on answering questions I wouldn't bother studying/reading unless it really is an area you are not good in

im kind of in the same boat as you are. i kind of feel that there's still a lot more that i don't know. im taking my test on the 14 after rescheduling 4x! but i agree with silverdragon, i would focus more on the questions, and if there's something you don't know then go back to the book and check. that's what i've been doing and it does help. good luck to us!

I felt the same way as you did.

I took the NCLEX- Pn In February and passed at 85 questions.

Which CD's are you usuing?

I concentrated on Saunders and Kaplans stategies on how to answer questions.

Whatever you do, DO NOT RESCHEDULE!!!

YOU know the material.

Good Luck!!!:D

i already rescheduled..

idk.

i'll be taking it on april 7th.

im using the saunders cd and lippincott's.

i also have the exam cram cd but i don't like using it cuz it's weird. but i love the examcram book. it's very straightforward but i don't think everything i need to know's in there so i also use the saunder's book which is overloaded with stuff.

congrats on getting ur license!

i hope i get mine too soon..

im just so anxious right now that they could ask question that i didn't study much on.. =[

and thanks for the advice!

how do u study? do u just answer questions and read the rationales?

Keep practising answering questions. Read the rationale it will either confirm what you knew because you got it right or point you in the right direction cos you got it wrong
