For all the poster's threads I've stalked, I'm posting today to "pay it forward" and help someone out the way the site has helped me tremendously. I told myself once I took NCLEX PN I would post so I may possibly be of some help or relief to another person on this site. So here goes... I took my NCLEX PN on the 15th of August. I had many SATA and drag and drop questions. When my questions exceeded 95, I began to panic and the computer finally shut off on me at 111 questions -_- I did not immediately check Pearson Vues Trick as I was a nervous wreck walking out and wanted to make sure I got home safe. I decided to check about 11 pm and I received the "good pop up" I'm in CA which is one of the states that does not participate in quick results. I'm hopeful of the good pop up. As soon as I hear anything further I will update this thread and give people an approximate time frame from beginning to finish in CA. Thank you for reading and good luck to everyone who will be taking the test and for those waiting for the official results, we anxiously wait together.
It's been a week and 1 day of stalking my mailbox and still nothing in the mail. My previous classmate received a letter within a week although she failed and I read that tests are checked twice from their websites. Hopefully this being the reason I've not yet received anything. As if the anxiety is not torturous enough, I just read someone else's post about Pearson Vue update changes and how his or her good pop up now goes to the CC screen. From the day I've taken my test, the 15th I've checked Pearson Vue daily and received the "good pop up" every time. After reading that persons post, I decided to check and sure enough it's going to the CC page.
In CA, the website says "up to 6 weeks" to receive results so I have 5 weeks and 6 days left... The new update and change is making me nervous though...

Many states such as IN & NJ you are ineligible as you cannot be licensed as an LPN in your country of education/LPN is not recognized in the Philippines. You need to look at the individual boards of nursing for licensing by examination as an internationally educated practical nurse and follow the instructions. You may need a CGFNS evaluation.
In the US practical nursing is a license not a certification.
