nclex pn

hello everyone...my first time to take the nclex pn was sept 2, 2014 may computer shut down at 85 items...and i'm very anxious to know the results..i tried the pvt but they are asking my exam code which i don't know and forgot what's that..i graduated in the philippines.any help?

    i meant they are asking for 10 digits program code..so what is that? where will i get that?

    Go to PV or NCSBN website and look in the candidate bulletin.
