Nclex-pn

i'm set up to take my boards at the end of april, so i have about a month left!! i would really like to take a practice exam to see how well i can do. i've been looking on the internet, but all i can find is nclex - rn exams. what i need is nclex - pn exams, and being free would be a plus. so if anyone could make any suggestions or direct me in the right direction to possibly find one of these practice exams i would be very grateful.

you can use the nclex-rn exams that you find online. the general difference between the nclex-rn and the nclex-pn is the role questions (e.g. "what can the rn delegate to the lpn or uap?") and the passing standard. the passing standard for the pn exam is lower than that for the rn exam.

to put it another way, nursing care of a patient with any particular disorder or a patient is any particular setting would not change for the rn or the pn. the scope of practice is different but the "basic" nursing care (safe and effective care) is constant. so, if you take a practice nclex-rn exam and do well you are in a good position for nclex-pn success.

that being said many successful nclex-pn test takers prefer the saunder's comprehensive text for nclex-pn.
