Chance of passing NCLEX PN in CA

I just took my nclex pn today (02/25/19) shut off at 90, pretty confident that I passed but when I did the PVT trick and showed decline card contact your provider my tears dropped. Don't know what to do. Is PVT still work this year? Help!!!
