NCLEX help

I am going to take the NCLEX for a 5th time. I've tried just about every review there is. What is the best review to understand content? Hurst was helpful but looking for something else. Also using UWORLD but scoring in the 30%.

Moved to the NCLEX Discussion forum. Good luck to you.

I would keep using Uworld. Do it over and over. Do the wrong ones. Read the rationales. Takes notes. Make note cards. You should see your scores increase. I only used Uworld, but it sounds like you may have a content issue as well. NSCBN is a great one for that. I had them, but because I knew content, I didn't use the whole subscription but I would recommend them for this. When do you test?

I did UWORLD and Kaplan, and I passed my first time. My advice to you is to see what section you are consistently doing poorly on and review that content. I reviewed every single question whether I got it right or wrong and I went back to my review book for every single question and reviewed the ENTIRE area of the content. Kaplan also had videos. If you aren't scoring over at least over 50% mark I wouldn't take it just yet.
