Nclex Help I failed again

Hello everyone I finished school in 2007 I am embarrassed to say that I have taken the nclex 7 times since than and I've failed every time. The first 3 times I can say I did not study enough I started taking it a little more serious on the fourth time and I still failed. I tried using Saunders, hurst review, remar review quick facts and watching videos on you tube I've done tons of questions I know all the lab values but I continue to fail. I don't know what to do or how to go about studying because what ever I try is not working for me. The 6 th time I took the nxclex it was the best I've ever done I got passed 85 questions and still failed my results everything was above passing except pharmacology it was below passing. I just took the test again yesterday and I only got 85 questions and the machine shut off! I have not got my results back yet but I did the Pearson vue trick where if you go and register again and it lets you pay you have failed, it is letting me pay so I failed once again. I feel I studied and was focused the last 2 times I've taken this test and I don't understand why I keep failing. Please help I need all the advice and inspiration I can get, I'm not going to give up so I will start my journey again on studying but I'm just a little discouraged.

    The pvt took me all the way to registration ....

    I payed:)but don't have me ATT yet.... Still waiting for either result... So don't be embarrassed I feel your pain.... Good luck

    hang in there...it will happen. i've read many posts from people here and on other blogs who have failed several times and have taken it till they passed. don't give up. you came so close this time. i bet next time you'll pass! ;) have faith. you can do this. :yes: sending positive energy your way. :up:

    Have you considered a refresher course? Here in Canada, three failures of our registration exam and you have to go back to college. It means that you don't have the knowledge or are in need of some sort of educational counselling to combat exam anxiety.

    Look at it this way. You finished your education in 2007. Would you want a nurse with record caring for you or your family members?

    Fiona59: you are right, but at the same time I started something and want to finish it. I am going to try and take a refresher course, as far as going back to school I don't think that's necessary! One of my instructors from school told us her friend took the boards 12 times before passing not that that's ok but it may take some people longer than others. I do have test anxiety:sorry: and I have to find a way to deal with it! I thank you for your honesty! ;)

    my last try was Kaplan,i finished all q bank...but just 5 question trainer,didnt have time anymore.

    but this time after I get my results and if I really failed 100%,then I want to do ncsbn maybe 8 weeks...

    Hang in there!!! You are getting better! Just be inspired and challenged! You are almost there since you did pretty well on thr last exam. You only had 1 below passing rate so now you know yoir weakness. Try to enhance more but don't forget to pay attention to the rest of the categories / topic! YOU ARE ALMOST THERE!!!!!!! DON'T GIVE UP!!!
