Hi ?

I need your help ,iam an international nurse studying for my NCLEX ,but my ces report was out with missing hours and I have requested my school to send my documents to my board,but they keep informing me they have which they have not,it's been  three months following up with them even going there to no avail,I believe I did  complete those hours,,is there a second or third option on what to do?
