Nclex in exactly a week..

So.. this is my second time taking the NCLEX PN.. first time I took it was in July. stopped at 205, CPR letter I got "Near Passing Standards" in ALL categories...

I been using Saunders 5th edition and Exam Cram third edition and PN NCLEX notes by allison something.. been doing a lot of practice questions. But in scoring is in the 70s in Saunders, and Exam cram 60s-75.

Are my scores too low? should I reschedule?

I noticed the first time when I was studying I was reading more rather than doing questions. So now I've been doing both.. but the last thing I was is to fail again.. I was broken and depressed after the first one and never want to feel like that again..

Any advices on how I should study for this last week? What did you do when you studied? What helped you?

Thank you for taking your time reading my post! Would be GREATLY appreciated if you shared your experience and how you achieved this evil exam...
