Hello everyone, I really appreciate this forum because it helped me a lot for me to get back on track. I graduate 2008 and had some difficulties in getting back on track with nursing. I started doing Hurst review last February. Read them like a 100x. Did the Q reviews and some KAPLAN Q-Trainers, NCLEX 3000 questions, NCSBN Q BANKS and Finished Lacharity Cover-cover.
My question, for those who took the exams. How do you think am I doing so far? Am I ready to kill the BEAST?
My hurst scores
Q1 - 69
Q2 - 70
Q3 - 70
KAPLAN Q-TRAINERS
Q1 - 70.5
Q2 - 69
Q3 - 50 (i was so sleepy here)
NCSBN Q-Banks
Avg. 60-63% (I find it a little difficult because of it's approach)
-Still not done with the Hurst Review and Kaplan Q trainers
What do you advice that I should do still for the last 2 weeks?
Should I take it sooner? There's an opening on the 12! I'm so tempted to do it now!
Please help!!
I'm believing by the Grace of God I'll pass this exams
Thanks so much in advance

I used Kaplan for questions. When I saw my Q trainer scores dropping after Q trainer 3 or 4 like you, I started using the q bank. I did about 200 q bank questions and then went back to the Q trainer and my scores improved. I kept the last two Q trainers for the week of NCLEX. You are doing well, but I think you need to stick with just one resource, so you can finish it to the END and get a chance to practice the higher level questions that are above passing level on NCLEX. NCSBN and Kaplan are supposed to be better for questions than Hurst. Hurst is supposed to be awesome for content. From personal experience with Kaplan, I felt it was very useful. If you use it exclusively, make sure to do all the Q trainers and at least 80% of the qbank. The more questions the better.
