NCLEX application

Hello friends! Anyone here have had experience with NEAC or IPASS NCLEX application centers in Manila? Which one do you recommend or is there any other center that you find easier to deal with? I am applying for NY NCLEX, currently living in Canada, and I am thinking of having this kind of service as I am really bad at filling out forms. Thank you in advance for any response! ?
