NCLEX application process

I'm new here. Hello to my fellow nurses! :)

Here's my situation. I was planning to apply for the NCLEX exam in Texas but I am still confused with the application process. I know that you can apply online but whenever I go to the Texas website, I can't find the application form.

I hope someone will help me with my problem. Thanks in advance! :)
