NCLEX anxiety

Hello everyone I am a New Grad BSN graduated in May and sitting for NCLEX in two weeks . (end of july) :banghead:

I've been reviewing content with Hurst online review and answering 100 questions a day with Kaplan . I also developed anxiety from all of this studying , I am soo nervous . I literally have difficulty sleeping and sometimes experience tachycardia when i start thinking about the exam.

I've been scoring 50's -60's on the qtrainers and qbank questions.

q1-56%

q2-52%

q3-52%

q4-67%

q5-58%

q6-66%

q7- haven't taken yet

qbank average - 55%

I seriously am not that great at the SATA questions , I feel as if my scores are inconsistent and I don't know what to do . I feel my self losing all hope slowly , its driving me crazy . I cant wait for all this studying to be over!!!

any study tips ? or relaxation techniques used while studying for NCLEX?

I honestly feel you are gonna have to dig deep inside and have confidence in yourself. That is what it boils down to. Do not feel defeated before you go in there! You are doing your best to prepare and believe it is good enough. I feel we down too much time reaching out for numbers to compare but ultimately I think knowing its impossible to know what questions you will get! You will miss 50% and there are 15 test questions so... That helped me when I was taking it.Start telling yourself you have this... You are prepared and do you best! I did a lot of praying and believing in myself. Trust me, I had extreme test anxiety and about 1 week before my exam I said to myself I am sick of feeling like I don't know... I do know and I have the knowledge throughout my education to pass! That is what I believe helped me pass! Good luck also, getting off here and Facebook helped me ;)
