Narcotic Count Sheet

Hi Everyone,

I am 3 months into a nurse manager position at an independent living facility. One of the biggest problems I see with this facility is the narcotic shift to shift count sheet. I've looked on-line, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I want an area on the sheet that has a spot for when receiving medication from the pharmacy and a spot where you could subtract if sending something back (besides the other information that's on the sheet). Anyone have one they could share please? Thanks :)

    We use this.

    Allows us to keep a track of all the incomings and outgoings. If coming in from pharmacy we use the book and if going back to pharmacy we sign it out of the book
