Multiple interviews and job offer?

Hello ALLNURSES family.

How do you guys handle multiple interviews and yet you're working as FT as well?

And what do you do if the employer offered the position already the week that you got interview with them but you still have another interview in different hospital in the following week?

Is it okay for me to tell to the employer to wait for my decision? Or should I decide now? Coz I'm still wanting to know what the other hospital can offer me in my interview next week?

PLEASE ADVICE. Thank you. :)
