Msrn

I am taking my MSRN next saturday - I am nervous and excited all at the same time! I have been doing some studying...but had a few questions:

If anyone has taken it, what was it like? Was it written or computer? Were you allowed to write things out? How many questions? Was there anything on the test that surprised you?

Thanks so much in advance!:typing

I took the medsurg exam from ANCC many years ago. Back then it was paper and pencil. My exam was very heavy with oncology questions. I was sure that I had failed because I had studied all aspects of medsurg but had not really reviewed chemo drugs and the test had lots of questions about that. Not sure what you will find on the CMSRN exam. All the tests I have taken were back in the dark ages when computers weren't heard of for such things. Good luck to you. I remember the excitement and relief when I found out that I had passed my exam.
