Is anyone enrolled in a MSN program in the Gainesville area? I am thinking about this but am not sure if I want to attend classes or On line program. Does anyone have any pro's or con's they can share?

What are looking to major in?
Personally I feel that makes an enormous difference. While I can understand the online only route for MSN in Nurse Educator or Leadership and Management I feel strongly against online only for NP or CNS.
UF does offer MSN degrees. Though I am not in that program I do know a few people who have graduated from it.
What online program are you considering? I just heard the other day that a few people are very unhappy with the new online FSU NP program.

The only online program that UF offers now is the PHN track and that is only 80% online.

UF's NNP program is also all online, too: classes online, clinicals arranged wherever you are.

I just graduated from FSU's online NP program and couldn't rave about it more! It was the only way I could complete a program while working full time and being a wife and mother. Whatever program you decide on will only be as good as you put into it. Good luck!
I am thinking of switching to FSU's program. How hard was it to find clinical instructors. How many rotations did you do. Thanks in advance.

Out of curiousity....were you going to school FT AND working FT? or school PT and work FT?
I'm a mom and wife too, and have considered this route, but I wasn't sure how do-able it was...
Thanks!
