Moved to the post-grad forum (vs. GN forum) to encourage responses.

I went to the online Benedictine Nurse education program but stopped in the spring to pursue a FNP program. I was excepted into the UAB FNP program just this week!!! I went for several terms at Benedictine, so what would you like to know? I will tell you that they are cheaper than UN of Phoenix, and the staff is wonderful. It is all online.

I am interested in info on the program also at Benedictine. I am in the process of applying and getting all my requirements in. I am interested in the Nurse Educator track. I have spoken to someone in admissions there and she was EXTREMELY nice and full of information.

My only concern is that their Master's level programs are not accredited with CCNE, but their BSN is! That is a concern for me and I don't want to graduate from there and run into problems later with graduating from a non-accredited school.

Lending your advice and experience from there would be helpful!! Thanks.

I called Benedictine University because I was concerned about their non-nursing accreditation status for the graduate programs and was told they were working on it and would know something in October of this year.
