I had earned my MSN in 2011 and want to go Adult NP. How many hours do I have to take clinic ?

It depends on your state and your program.

Yes, totally program-dependent with the caveat that for national certification, both AANP and ANCC require completion of the 3 advanced P's (Patho, Pharm, Physical Assmt) and 500 hours of ANP focused clinicals at the very least.

There are quite a few post MSN NP programs out there. Usually they are 25-30 credits, counting clinical and can be done in two - three semesters.
