MSN/MBA

I have made the (crazy?) decision to go back to school! I have my BSN and have been a registered nurse for 3 years. I started out in Med-Surg, and then moved to surgical nursing and have been doing that for the last two years. I am ready for the next step, and have decided that a dual MSN/MBA degree program is my best, most well rounded option. There are no local schools that offer that combo, and so I am looking for online programs- does anyone have any suggestions of good ones, or ones to stay away from? So far, the two that have stood out to me are Grand Canyon University (GCU) and UT Tyler. The reviews about GCU haven't all been positive, but so far that school seems to be the program that I like best...any thoughts about either of those programs? Also affordability- everything i've found seems to be about $600/credit...

I have a friend doing the same thing. She is almost done. I can't remember where she is going. I can find out. We get some tuition reimbursement where we work.

That would be great if you could find out! How does she like it? I'm super nervous about doing a solely online program and never even meeting my instructors!

Any updates on MSN/MBA programs?
