I am not sure what to do, I know I would love to go for my masters, I am open to both Nursnig education and Family Nurse Practitioner. I have almost 2 years of RN experience. What are the pros and cons? I am looking into a low stress position. I just want to know if it would be worth it? Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You know, I am not sure there is a no stress position, I've been a nurse for 25 years and haven't heard of one yet.
I am getting my MSN in nursing education because that is what I love. My thoughts on FNP is this: you become, as a provider, able to bill insurance, the cash maker for the clinic or hospital you work for. There will be pressure to see patients and see them quickly. It's hard for us, trained holistically, to do. Good luck in your decision. Debra
