Moving to Colorado

My name is Stephanie and I am currently a nursing student in Virginia. My husband and I plan to move to Colorado in the next two years once I am done with school and he is out of the military. I know about the compact licensure for registered nursing but I am wondering if there is any other information that would be helpful in preparing for the move. I am interested in just networking with some people who are interested in nursing like I am. I am planning to move near the Denver area. If there is any information regarding nursing, job networking, or even just about the area that would be helpful I would really appriciate it. Anything you can share would smooth out this transition for me. Thanks for taking the time to help and hope to hear from people soon.
