Montefiore please share

Does anybody know Montefiore starting pay for new grads and does anybody work there who want to share there experiences with a almost done nursing student? Please with a cherry on top:plsebeg:

I have never worked there, but have been there due to a family member's hospitalization. Walking on the first floor feels like walking through a subway station; elbow room only. It's a very busy hospital. On the floors, the nurses seemed like a big family and were very respectful. The nurses I spoke with have been there for years.
