Google tells me that they are the same, and they are both 60 gtt/ml, however, I've never heard of a mini drip. Maybe it's a regional thing? Our instructors have only ever called it a micro drip.

They are probably the same. Micro = 60 gtt/mL. It actually created easier gravity drip math.
