migration stuffs...

I worked with a Filiponi nurse years ago and at that stage she had to undertake 8 weeks of supervised practice for no remuneration. I don't know if she ever got her licence. It is easier for others from countries where the study is a lot closer to Australia's. good luck though!

hello.!!:roll....anyone here from new zealand ??and also planning to migrate to new zealand from other countries...??!!....im an applicant(from the philippines) for migration status and filed my application last july (this year) for the nzqa,asessment qualification w/ my husband....i just want to ask how many months is the application process coz' the immigration services told us that it will take us 9 months for the processing of papers....i assumed that we can go by july next year.??hope so.. ...is it 9 months processing or longer? and what jobs do you have in new zealand.(for nurses)..???...after the nzqa( new zealand qualification asessment) what are the other steps do we need to undergo before leaving..im a registered nurse and practicing nursing for almost 2 yrs..??.thank's so much!!hoping for ur replies/advices..!!....

have you applied for nz nursing licence yet? if you have not then you ought to. with the nz nursing licence, you should be able to apply for a nursing position and get a work permit in nz, while you wait for the an answer from nz immigration service.
