Micro Lab Final

Hi everyone, I have a microbiology lab practical next week, and I am extremely nervous. I've studied my notes, but I don't think that's enough. I have also looked for websites to see if there are practice lab practical exams, but I found none. Do any of y'all who have taken micro have any tips for this lab practical? Also, if you have any notes or know any websites, that would be awesome. Thanks!

Khan Academy has great online resources for all biology courses. Good DNA & Virus videos, if you need to review. I also love Dr. Leslie Samuel's video on Cellular Respiration (oxidative phosphorylation, oxidative decarboylation, Kreb's cycle & electron transport chain). He makes it SO easy to understand.

You'll need to know your different media types (e.g. MSA, PEA, EMB, BAP, etc.) and all the tests (e.g. coagulase, catalase, phenylalanine deaminase, lysine decarboxylase, IMViC, etc.)

Know the steps for Gram Stain by memory!

Know how & why you can differentiate between Gram positive & Gram negative (other than color).

Review all your lab experiments.
