I would definitely suggest getting the chemistry done before you apply. I have been frequently speaking to someone in the nursing department about the admission process. The information I got from her was there is no longer an interview process, so there is no essay needed. Also the required GPA is 3.0, she explained how some people with a 3.8 GPA have been denied because their prereqs were not completed on time. As for the letters of recommendations, it is required as part of your application. Hope this helps, bet of luck!

Hi Guys, Ive been reading some posts regarding Nova's first come first serve deal on the applications. Im super late with my app. due to not being able to get my transcripts from NJ soon enough..When I call Nova they say submit my app. anyway, which I feel like they are obviously going to advise that regardless. I dont know what to do at this point, Its pretty upsetting:crying2:. Should I just take my app. back because Im pretty certain I will not get accepted. At least I would get my $50 back.

Hello everyone, I have applied to Nova's fall program and Im not feeling to good about getting in:crying2: my gpa just makes the required gpa. So I feel very doubtfull. Does anyone have any knowledge regarding how they select people? Also more importantly is the tuition!!!! How is it possible to afford the tuition without being super rich:eek:!!! Im trying to avoid student loans at all costs!! Can anyone help!!!!

I have the same question.. I have a Cum. GPA of 3.0 I was originally going to school for teaching, I did so- so in those courses. When I decided to switch to nursing, I did really well in my pre-reqs. However with the past courses hanging over my head Im scared I will not be accepted to Nova? Does anyone have any knowledge regarding this topic??
