Medrec Project

Hi everybody,

I am a nurse manager at a decent-sized hospital and have been assigned a project to better understand the nurse’s roll in medication reconciliations. We’re looking to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our med recs. Since so much of this is based on the time we have available (if any), I have a few questions for you all that I would greatly appreciate you answering. I know answers will vary greatly by department, so if you’d like to fill in your unit too that would be very helpful! Thanks!
