Of the right of drug administration which two do yall suggest for properly administering medications?

Let me think:

The Right medication

to the Right patient

at the Right time

the Right dose

via the Right route....

I guess I couldn't pick just two...You need ALL 5 to safely administer a medication, a drug, to any patient.

I think they are all important to my husband just asked which two were most important as I believe it is a question someone at work asked him. I am just curious what everyone else thought!

They're ALL important. Skip one and you are risking a potential med error. Med errors are BAD, mmmmmkaaay? :chuckle
