For something general, you could highlight policy changes, or the 10 rights of medication administration.
Check out this website. http://www.ismp.org/NursingArticles/list.htm.
Are you doing this inservice in response to increased med errors? If so, you might want to check out what kind of errors are occurring, and focus your inservice on the point(s) in the medication process where the errors are occuring.

Mind you the stuff in parentheses I just added, and the video I took this from was from 1989. With all the changes since then, there is so much more we need to know and do to be safe about giving meds. If your institution has done a risk-failure mode evaluation or near-miss evaluation of med errors then you could use that info to make tailor the inservice for what your dept needs.
Do you really need questions from an outside source? After all the tests we have been through from school, journal articles, etc, I'm sure that you should be able to come up with a few multiple-choice questions, based on your inservice. If not, do a check on the different nsg and nsg journal websites - I'm certain that you'll be able to find something on medications you can use or adapt.
BTW - doesn't your institution have a nsg ed dept - maybe they already have something or can give you assist with this project.
Good luck!

this site has a great "real" situation to evaluate and then take a test on. It was once for CE credit but now just FYI - it involves the mederror of a baby which resulted in his death. Makes you think.
