MECP app HELP!

I am going to apply for the third time to the MECP program. I am enlisted and have a BA in Communication (before Navy). My application lacks EP evals and volunteering. I have only been in 2 years and I am in Spec Ops program for LCACs and not yet a technical expert. I will volunteer but Im pretty sure Ill just get another MP. I need a really strong statement, and something else to maybe balance out the MP. Any suggestions? :banghead:

Since this is your third time applying, I was wondering if you can help me put my package togather. This is my first time. I have everything, but dont have any idea of where to start. I am stationed in Norfolk, Va, have four years in the navy and about to re- enlist for another two. I am currently on shore duty getting ready to go to the ship in a month or less and trying to get this done before I transfer. Please help.
