I just got my certified packet in the mail today. I'm slightly freaking because I didn't think it was going to happen. Now I'm looking at everything I have to do, wondering how I'm going to support myself, can I handle puke and pooh, can I physically handle the rigors of NS (I'm older), will my friends and family think I'm nuts for doing this at this stage of my life, how am I going to support myself, what do I need to do to get in better shape before classes start, what's my schedule going to be...did I mention wondering how I'm going to support myself.
So excited, nervous, anxious. Would love to talk to others as they receive their acceptances. Perhaps we can share some emails & phone calls before the info and registration sessions. Yikes. Okay, no longer slightly freaking, I'm totally freaking!

Do you know if students get accepted with teas score in the mid70's. I am applying for the fall semester and I'm not sure if my teas score will be good enough. Reading-96%,math55%, science74%, english74%. I didn't study anything I just wanted to see what the test was like. Your reply will be appreciated
Its different for each section, here's the link for the requirements that you have to meet to be qualified! Good luck!

Hi thank you for replying, I know the requirements but I'm wondering if my adjusted individual score is competitive enough. I had 96% in reading, 55% in math, science 74% and English 74%. Do you know anyone that got accepted with a score in the 70's
i got a certified mail yesterday. but the letter is sort of like a welcome letter. it has a list of things i need to get done before admission into the program. does this mean i was accepted.

Did it have a thing you had to send back by May 14th? It says "Acceptance Confirmation" on the top. If you got that checklist and a packet of paperwork, it sounds like you were accepted!
i did get the packet of paper work, but my spot is on hold due to payment of past tuition. i paid it today so i will see you in june.
Awesome! Congratulations.
Do you have any advice on choosing professors for the first semester of nursing classes.
should uniforms be worn to lectures as well. i'm having a hard time fitting the recommended white swan pant code 5200. do you know if any white pant will be ok.

i believe at the orientation they said that uniforms should only be worn during clinicals and the lab coat in lab. Don't go to lecture in your uniform.
